How it work?
Our bookkeeping service works on a simple 3 step process as described below:
Step one: Collection of information
The first step is to collect your information. The most efficient way to transfer the necessary information to us is to scan and upload the information using our Uploading Centre. You can also place the scanned information in a folder on your desktop where we can access it remotely. Alternatively, you can email us the information and at the last resort mail or courier the information such as bank statements, credit card statements and invoices to our offices.
Step Two: We process the information received
Upon receipt, we process the information to:
- Prepare pay-check-stubs, update the accounting records, and prepare governments’ remittance forms,
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements,
- Update expense and income ledgers,
- Compile business’s Income Statement and Balance Sheet in addition to other financial statements such as aged accounts receivable and payable reports.
Step Three: You receive the tax ready reports
A copy of your books of account together with current financial statements and other required reports suited to your specific needs will be made available in digital form for you to download from our site.
